Rasagulla recipe ingredients :
Ingredients which are needed are very simple.Everyone has them in their home.
- 1 litre Milk
- 3 table spoon of lemon juice
- half tea spoon of flour
- 3 cups of suger ( brown or white )
- 6 cups of water
- May be a cardamoms or two.(depends on you)
That’s all you need for your Rasagulla recipe. Easy peasy right ?
Rasagulla recipe: Step by step guide
Step 1) Take a quarter cup of water on the pan or wherever you want to cook.
make sure the heat is low on the cooking stove!
step 2) Take a litre of milk on the pan.
Step 3) Stir the milk and wait for it to Boil.
You can increase the heat a bit to make it faster.
step 4)Is it boiling?
If it is then decrease the heat and let the milk calm down ! Add 3 table spoon of lemon juice.
BE PATIENT!! DON’T PUT THE LEMON JUICE ALL AT ONCE!! Add a bit then stir it then repeat.
Step 5)Turn off the stove when the Milk started to curdle.
Step 6) Filter the curdled milk and dry up the water .Use tissue paper to do so.
Make sure all the water is gone.
Step 6) Mix it well with some suger and flour! Continuously mix it until you don’t feel any sugar in your palms or fingers.
Step 7 ) Make a doe.Divide it into small balls.
Use oil in your hands to make the ball more smooth and round.

Rasagulla recipe :Sugar syrup
Step 8 ) To make the sugar syrup ,pour 5 cups of water into the pan and 3 cups of sugar .Add one or two cardamoms if you like.Keep the heat medium.
Step 9) Stir it until the sugar is dissolved.
Let the syrup boil to make it more condensed.

Step 10) Put all the balls into the syrup.
Step 11) Close the lid and let it cook for 20 minutes.
Keep the heat high!
Step 12) Is it cooked?If not the let it cook for 5 minutes more.If its cooked then take it out of the stove and
let it cool down.
